At Lumigrow Marketing Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services with transparency and professionalism. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.
Website Design & Development
Before Project Commencement
Clients are eligible for a 100% refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is made within 0–7 calendar days of payment.
- The project has not commenced due to a delay or failure on the part of LumiGrow Marketing Solutions.
- No project-related purchases have been made, including but not limited to:
- Domain name registration
- Web hosting services
- SSL certificates
- Premium themes or plugins
- Third-party software licenses or digital assets
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- More than 7 days have passed since payment.
- The project has commenced.
- Domain names, hosting, SSL certificates, software licenses, or other digital resources have already been purchased.
- The client delays or fails to provide the required content, images, credentials, approvals, or other information necessary to begin or continue the project.
- The project is delayed due to circumstances beyond LumiGrow Marketing Solutions’ control.
Please note that domain registrations, hosting plans, SSL certificates, software licenses, and other third-party purchases are non-refundable once acquired.
Digital Marketing Services
Our digital marketing services include, but are not limited to:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Google Ads Management
- Social Media Marketing
- Facebook & Instagram Advertising
- Email Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Lead Generation Campaigns
100% Refund
Clients are entitled to a 100% refund if:
- The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of payment; and
- LumiGrow Marketing Solutions has not started any work, strategy development, campaign setup, research, consultation, content creation, or allocated any resources to the project.
Partial Refund
If work has already commenced or resources have been committed, approved refunds will be subject to a 10% administrative and processing fee, which will be deducted from the refundable amount. This fee covers consultation time, planning, project administration, and operational costs already incurred.
General Refund Conditions
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
- Any fees charged by payment processors, banks, or third-party platforms are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
